INGENERTIC SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 and taking Royal Decree 1112/2018 and the UNE-EN 301 549:2022 standard as a reference.

This statement applies to the website https://www.ingenertic.es. It does not cover the private area that requires a username and password.

Accessibility features

The website includes the following features to make it easier to use:

  • Keyboard navigation: all content can be reached with the Tab, Shift+Tab and Enter keys, and the active element is highlighted.
  • “Skip to main content” link: it appears the first time you press Tab and lets you skip the menu.
  • Text alternatives: images that convey information have a text description; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Home page video: it has no sound, it can be paused and its content is described in text.
  • Clear structure: each page has its own title, ordered headings and its language declared.
  • Contrast and size: text meets the minimum contrast and can be enlarged up to 200 % without losing content. The website adapts to phones and tablets in portrait and landscape.
  • Contact form: each field has a label, errors are described in text and the result of sending is announced to screen readers. ​

The website has been tested with Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (build 26200.9711) and Microsoft Edge 155.0.4283.62.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026 based on a self-assessment carried out by TOP SYSTEM 2006 SL. The review followed UNE-EN 301 549:2022 on a sample of four pages: home, projects, about us and contact.

The statement was last reviewed on 28 October 2026. It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever significant changes are made to the website.
